The Orange shake is a special treat. While all the food is pretty good, the biscuits are the best item they serve. Wonderful texture and taste. Consistently a centerpiece of a terrific breakfast or side with chicken!

Always good burgers, but the hand scooped shakes are definitely worth a try!!!

This is the worse parking lot/drive thru set up I have ever seen! Breakfast is great food wise, but lunch is horrible!!!

Great breakfast!! 2 eggs, sausage, biscuit, gravy, pancake and drink. Delicious!! All for 4.89 including tax. Best deal around.

Food was good 👍. Fries where a bit salty but I don't judge . The manger was super rude to the workers . I mean like I wanted to quit and I don't even work there. The cashier , who seemed to be new, was very king and helpful .

I love this place. Always good food at a great price. If you want lunch and they just open you can have lunch any time of day. I love their 2 Cheeseburger Meal and have it about 3 times a month or more when I am in town...

Food was good. Best hashrounds I have had at a Jack's. Cashier needs a lesson courtesy and speaking plainly to the customer.

Drive thru stays backed up since reopening but food comes out fast without too much quality lost.

The food was horrible. My family and I stopped for breakfast and the eggs were cold, the grits were drowning in butter, the biscuits were hard and not fresh, the bacon was hard and too greasy, and the hash browns were hard. Will never eat there again.

Hands down best breakfast biscuits in town to my knowledge. Burgers are also really great as well. This place has the potential for a 5 star rate considering there only flaw is the location on edge of town.

You never know what your gonna get . If they're busy it's usually good if not expect cold food

Food is good, prices are okay, drinks are terrible. I haven't heard other people mention this so it may not be as bad as it feels to me, but the fountain drinks are just bad tasting. I don't know if it's not enough syrup, bad tasting water, or what, but the drinks taste bad enough that I feel bad buying a combo because I know the included drink is a waste of money.

Fast service, friendly staff. Food was hot and my request for no onions was fulfilled! Love when I get exactly what I ordered. Will visit again!

Stopped by for breakfast. Wanted 2 bologna biscuits for $2.22 but was given 1 bologna biscuit and an order of hash brown potato rounds. The order was incorrect but I was on my way to Huntsville and because Jack's was very busy I did not have time to go in or back through the drive thru. The bologna biscuit was very good but the hash rounds were very dry. Will try again another time and see if things are any better.

Biscuit and hash rounds tasted like yesterday's. Needs improvement!🙁🙁

By far the best in north Alabama. Breakfast biscuits are flaky and perfect, all they need to do is bring back the catfish.....

The shakes are the best would have a chocolate shake every meal just so great chicken is so good and very friendly staff.

This is one of the better Jack's that I've tried, but they can get pretty busy sometimes so be prepared to wait a few minutes for food if you go during rush hours.

It's great! Just don't go on a Saturday, if you do get there early!

They need to learn how to pull big orders out of the drive thru lane. Sit for 5 minutes to get a drink the line of cars was around the building.

I have a big family so my order was long and the Jacks employees were very patient and friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the Ranch dressing in there cups (fresh) was warm and they didn't put enough ice in the drinks for our to go order. So our drinks were warm on a very hot day.

They were really on top of their service. DID not have to wait.

Getting tired of getting bad service and bad food there. Having to complain about it to the staff or management too much.

First : They don't charge for ranch. If you're asked to pay .25 per cup, they're lying. This was verified by corporate and their store manager. Moving on... the midmorning crew doesn't seem to care much. They prefer to "mock" customers when they come through the drive thru by singing Spice Girls "Tell Me What You Want." Food is best when you request that it be cooked fresh. Also, if you pull in 30 minutes before they close, they will not serve you.

It was the worst drive-thru that I've had I won't be going back anytime I had to wait 15 minutes for my chicken dinnerand by the time I got it the fries were cold a bun was cold the only thing that was hot was a chicken but I was so mad by then I couldn't even eat it

Air was broke and it was extremely hot in the lobby!!!

Food is good. They have lots of stuff and reasonably priced meals. Clean and the staff is very helpful.

They good. We made a mess spilled Orange juice and told the lady and she told us not to worry about it that it sometime she would take care of. Made us feel better.
